Meet the civilian protagonist Mikoto and her friend Kuroko, maintainers of peace and order in the university district. Kuroko is a member of "Judgement", while Mikoto happens to be one of the lucky seven.

在學園都市中只有七人的等級五超能力者排行第三。擁有「超電磁砲」稱號的電擊超能力者。對電流和電磁力的控制出神入化。

白井 黑子

等級四的瞬間移動能力者，只要皮膚接觸到就能夠將其憑空傳送（包括自己），重量上限為130-137公斤，最大半徑為81-85米。腿上纏著鋼條為武器，戰鬥時主要利用傳送限制對手行動或是破壞其武器，除非迫不得已不會使用將物體卡入體內這種高傷害戰術。
